Standard Delivery
Order processing time varies according to the item ordered. Please check out the individual item page for order processing details.
Orders are then shipped via UPS Ground and arrive between 1-6 business days from the day it was shipped.
Some heavy weight orders may ship via trucking, causing a delay in delivery time.
All orders are shipped from our NY location. (Consider destination location when calculating expected delivery time)

Express Shipping
For expedited delivery, you may request UPS 3 Days Select. Orders shipped via UPS 3 days select are guaranteed to be delivered within 3 business days from the day the order was shipped.
Express delivery speeds up shipping time only. Please note that it may take additional days to process your order.

Customer will receive a ship confirmation notice via email, upon shipment of the order, with tracking number and scheduled delivery date.

• All orders shipped exclusively via UPS
• We regret that we are currently unable to ship to destinations outside United States and Canada, except in the event the customer arranges a pickup.
• Since UPS does not deliver to a PO Box, we cannot ship orders to a PO Box.
