Shipping Policies
Standard Delivery
Order processing time varies according to the item ordered. Please check out the individual item page for order processing details.
Orders are then shipped via UPS Ground and arrive between 1-6 business days from the day it was shipped.
All orders are shipped from our NY location. (Consider destination location when calculating expected delivery time)
Express Shipping
For expedited delivery, you may request UPS 3 Days Select. Order shipped via UPS 3 days select are guaranteed to be delivered within 3 business days from the day order was shipped.
Express delivery speeds up shipping time only. Please note that it may take additional days to process your order, which will vary according to the item ordered. Customer will receive a ship confirmation notice, via email, upon shipment of the order, with tracking number and scheduled delivery date.
- All order shipped exclusively via UPS
- We regret that we are currently unable to ship to destinations outside United States and Canada, except in the event the customer arranges a pickup.
- Since UPS does not deliver to a PO Box, we cannot ship orders to a PO Box.
Return Policy
Return Policy
Customer may request full refund or exchange for items found to be damaged or defective, within 7 days of receipt of order.
Return Procedure
To Request a return:
- Please contact customer service via email (contact us) or call 1-877-523-3123 / 1-718-384-4438 to discuss reason for return.
- If order is found to be damaged or defective we will arrange a UPS Pickup.
- Items must be returned to qualify for exchange / refund.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation of an order can only take place soon after order was submitted, Once preparation of order has begun, cancellation will not be granted.
Payment options
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Master card, Discover, American Express, Dinner's Club.
Check or money orders accepted. However, Orders must be submitted by phone or mail.
Sales Tax
For orders shipped within New York State, the NYS law requires that local sales tax be added to the order total, including the amount of the shipping charge. For all orders shipped elsewhere, total charges will include items specified, plus shipping.
We do not collect tax for orders shipped out of New York State.
